This is a summary of Elke Haege's personal awards in the landscape architectural industry.

• 2010 AWARD FOR SKI CLUB UPGRADE
Elke Haege has been awarded and recognised for her design and management for the entry landscape at The Ski Club of Australia in Thredbo. The design includes lighting, signage, under ground heating, storage sheds, new stone paving, stairs and walls, seating and chairlift swing.

• MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL GARDEN FESTIVAL FINALIST
in both 2000 and 2001 - National Student Ideas and Design Competition
for Landscape Design. Two years in a row, Elke was the finalist which involved the temporary installation on a 100m2 site in Melbourne's Carlton Gardens where she designed, documented and then constructed with a team of contractors her concept installation to a nominated project budget.

• INTERDISCIPLINARY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN DENVER, COLORADO,
USA. Topic: Regional Interconnectedness for The Stapelton Redevelopment. Elke was one of 18 urban planners, architects, town planners, and landscape architects from around the world chosen to develop concepts for a former airport site in Denver with focus on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in 2001. The team worked together to prepare and present innovative concepts and master plans to relevant stakeholders and the City of Denver. http://www.edaw.com/ssp/01/ssp2001.asp

• THE ROYAL DANISH HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY, FUTURE GARDENS COMPETITION 2004.
Elke was a finalist with her concept for a future garden which incorporated technology to reduce one's carbon footprint and be self sufficient through the reuse and creation of water, sun, and food production.
Her submission was highly commended.
