The soil and landscape grid of Australia is an incredibly exciting free tool that will be extremely useful for landscape architects as well as people involved in agriculture, mining, restoration, land management, urban design, arboriculture – the list goes on.

CSIRO is launching detailed digital maps of the country’s soil and landscape attributes on Wednesday.  It is a free tool funded by the Australian Government.
