02 May Honey and Allergies: an article by journalist Michelle Wranik
Michell Wranik, a journalist and travel writer (who lives in my local community) came to visit my ‘apiary’ last week.
She has been suffering allergies and hayfever and read about the benefits that local raw honey is reported to provide through building up resistance of your immune system.
Through the theory of immunotherapy, local raw honey (infused with local pollen spores) helps suppress allergies by gradually building up the body’s resistance to colds and local infections.
