SERVICES: Elke works on a variety of scales and types of landscape projects from residential, multi residential, rooftop landscape, commercial sites, environmental sites, plazas, through to industrial, infrastructure, subdivision sites and other outdoor spaces.

Elke can assist you with the following landscape architectural services:

• Landscape architectural plans for Development Application
• Landscape construction certificate and tendering plan packages
• Landscape construction documentation
• Landscape Master Plans, Landscape strategies and concept designs.

COSTS: Elke is mostly asked to provide a scope of works with associated lump sum fees for each phase of a project.

To work out a tailored and competitive proposal, Elke will usually discuss and review concepts, project location and the local council requirements (or other authority requirements), review survey and any plans and will put together a scope of works for the landscape architectural or combined landscape and consulting arboricultural services (depending on the project requirements).

THE NEXT STEP: Elke then works with her client, the project architect, engineer, and project team to co-ordinate the landscape character and style to suit the proposed architectural design as well to ensure the design works functionally, environmentally or socially (depending on the project).   Elke communicates with the project team throughout the process to co-ordinate feasibility, stormwater and other services, design, timing and proposed quality of finish.

IMPLEMENTATION / CONSTRUCTION:  Elke is able to arrange and introduce landscape contractors specifically suited to the type of landscape construction works needed and suited to the scale of the project and project location.

Elke is able to manage this process as well as being able to ensure the best landscape outcome for the client is met and to the intended budget.
